Welcome to Orchard Park Family Practice, P.C. where our providers take responsibility for providing and coordinating care for patients at all stages of life.
The team at Orchard Park Family Practice includes dedicated board-certified physicians as well as highly trained nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, and other medical professionals. Our on-going mission is to provide comprehensive medical care in a family based setting that is comfortable for our patients of all ages.
Medicine is the branch of health science and the sector of public life concerned with maintaining or restoring human health through the study, diagnosis, treatment and possible prevention of disease and injury. It is both an area of knowledge – a science of body systems, their diseases and treatment – and the applied practice of that knowledge.
Family medicine is the medical specialty which provides continuing, comprehensive health care for the individual and family. It is a specialty in breadth that integrates the biological, clinical and behavioral sciences. The scope of family medicine encompasses all ages, both sexes, each organ system and disease entity.

Heritage:
Orchard Park Family Practice has been servicing patients and their families in the Western New York Community for over 64 years. Having a combined 67+ years of medical experience with the current providers. Orchard Park Family Practice see’s over 20,000 patient visits per year.
Since our inception, our physicians have been residency trained and are board certified. We offer unique services such as Aviation physicals and provide Department of Defense physicals to prospective military service members. Orchard Park Family Practice is actively involved and has a long history of training the future in medicine through mentoring and teaching every level of medical education. Over 3,000 residents and students through all medical disciplines have been impacted. Since 2011, our practice has been certified at the highness level of Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), a national governing body. Our practice continues to give back to the community by serving on multiple boards and facilities holding such positions as CoreFaculty and Clinical Faculty at local universities.
